Let’s be honest, the online shopping business in Lebanon isn’t exactly thriving. We’ve always highly regarded ourselves as a country of convenience, and dismissed online shopping and deliveries for faster paced societies and larger countries that don’t have it as easy as us. But the truth of the matter is, we are as far from convenience as ever. Inhumane traffic jams, long unorganized ques and a general increase in bad customer service has made everything about shopping dreadful at times, especially around the holidays. Have you even tried to find a parking spot at a mall lately? Good luck with that.
That’s why I’m always on the lookout for new online stores which can save me both time and stress, especially as I juggle a career and baby. But all-convenience aside, it’s the creativity of the newly launched online store TheLittleBundleShop.com which has captured my attention.
Imagine this, your friend just gave birth and you really want a gift delivered to her hospital room. Sure, balloons and flowers are nice but not as thoughtful as you would like. You want your gift to stand out. Now imagine sending her a newborn basket that includes, a cute little cover for a baby’s first health book, a set of keepsake boxes for baby’s first everything, baby’s first album and a sweet doodoo for baby. Even better imagine it delivered right to her door. And all you had to do was shop it online instead of jumping from one store to the next.
Now imagine it’s your boss’s birthday and you know he’s a barbecue fanatic. So you get a basket delivered to his office that includes high quality tools, like tongs, spatulas, meat thermometer, Jamie Oliver’s BBQ Book, BBQ mitts and so much more.
And the bundles go on. They have a Spa Bundle a Wine Bundle and even a Travel Bundle. I just love how carefully put together each bundle is. The items are all from renowned and international high quality names we love such as Trudea, Body Benefit, Barbecook, Body Benefit, PearHead to name a few. The best part is they have Christmas Bundles for all your secret santas and the prices range anywhere from $22 to $200 depending on your budget. You can pay online through credit card or even pay cash on delivery. And delivery costs $3.3 all over Lebanon. You bet I paid 3.3$ not to get stuck in traffic and arrange all my Christmas shopping.
Since I just had a baby, I loved receiving two bundles, the Baby Boy Bundle and the amazing First Library Bundle which includes six fantastic first books I already started reading to Baby Luca. As a first time mom I had no idea what books to get but the lovely ladies behind The Little Bundle Shop who are also behind the Mamas to Mamas Blog, have selected these books from first-hand experience with their own children and to me that’s worth its weight in gold. I just saved a lot of time figuring this one out.
It’s creative, convenient, innovative and an all-round fun experience. Click here to Browse their store.
Happy Shopping!
