Ivy’s Christmas Gift Guide

Tis the season to gift. And in case your list is long, like mine, you prolly could use all the ideas you can get. So here’s PART I of my Christmas 2015 gift guide of all things new for you early shoppers. I’ll be publishing a last minute list for the procrastinators.

Shiseido Ever Bloom

This October Shiseido launched the new fragrance Ever Bloom, it’s a musky white floral fragrance. I personally like it because it’s floral without being heavy, rather it’s light and airy. The perfect day-time scent I like to have on. But don’t mistaken that for lack of staying power, this scent will most definitely fill up a room. It has accents of lotus, gardenia, Jasmine and orange blossom.

Villeroy Boch Child Tableware Set

It’s actually such a lovely idea to buy for either a newborn or for your own child, even if you never plan on using it since they will most likely break it, it will be more of a souvenir gift. This is the Funny Zoo set by Villeroy Boch and it includes a plate, deep plate, mug and 4 piece cutlery set with adorable animation that I would imagine can be very encouraging for children to eat.

Patchi 2015 Gourmandines Collection

This iconic chocolate house introduces a new flavors to its pre-packed collection, with a delicious extensive range of chocolates, and they sure got creative. From premium intense dark chocolate with mint boxes, to my personal favorite biscuit and caramel and creamy ones down to anise tears in gorgeous tins. I’m also loving all the colors and packaging, the perfect gift to take a long this holiday season. Don’t forget to visit their downtown store to marvel at this year’s decoration.

Benefit Cosmetics Limited Edition Partyland Tin

Yes this year you can gift some Benefit Cosmetics because this makeup fave is set to open in only a couple of days, and I broke the news to you first, read more. Gift your favorite gal pal this limited edition special celebratory set in this collector’s party tin which already found its permanent spot on my makeup counter. Lacoste Baby Gift Set

Many of us grew up wearing Lacoste and it’s one of those brands that has managed to stay classic and cool throughout the years, so you can imagine my delight when Holdal Group gifted my Baby Luca this long-sleeved polo and pants gift set. Yes I plan on going matchy matchy with him in my own long sleeved Lacoste polo. It comes in a lovely blue travel box and crocodile plush toy which he loves already. This set is also available for little girls in different colors.

Princess Drops By Bassam Fattouh

Bassam Fattouh just launched this new product last week and it’s been getting raving reviews already. Princess Drops is a fluid sheer gold liquid formula that you shake before applying with a syringe-style applicator all over your body and face for an ultra-shimmery holiday look. It also works perfectly as a highlighter on cheekbones and décolleté. It’s not like anything I tried before and I plan on slathering myself with this on new years eve.

YSL La Nuit de L’Homme L’Intense

Launched this August, La Nuit de L’Homme L’Intense is the latest from YSL’s La Nuit De L’homme series. L’Intense is perfect for a evening out, it’s sexy and masculine with notes of iris concrete, vanilla , patchouli, and sage. This cologne makes its mark without being overbearing, and I just love it on my hubby. It comes in one 60ml size but a little goes a very long way.

China Glaze The Great Outdoor Collection

Here’s a look at four new shades from China Glaze’s “The Great Outdoors Collection” inspired by tones and textures of wilderness and they are exactly the kind of colors I like to rock during winter. They’ve just been launched this November so you’ll find these shades and 7 more new ones. This could make for a perfect secret santa gift set.

Adidas Floral Track Pants and Shoes

Just when I think they’ve topped their game Adidas Original take it a step further and surprise me with more amazing designs. I love this floral print take on the original Adidas track pants and yes I played matchy matchy with these fabulous sneakers which I have been literally wearing everywhere. They go with almost everything. I love it when people get my Adidas gear and I think I speak for a lot of people when I say we welcome such gifts, especially with the holiday weight gain.
