I’ve been raving about what an impeccable Christmas dinner I had and some of you have asked me to put my money where my mouth is…literally
So I thought I’d share the deliciousness. Now, I know everyone claims that their mamma is the best cook in Lebanon, but I’m sorry to break it to ya’ll, my momma can beat your momma any day of the week. If you’re not convinced, this should seal the deal…
Warning- make sure you’re alone, the faces you may make may scare your colleagues. Bisoux

Although I'm not usually a fan of healthy snacks, the colors in this assortment of dried fruits were too tempting to pass

Melted marshmallows , gooey caramel and condensed milk mixed with Rice Krispies, and you got yourself these sweet bites of heaven.

Vol au vent stuffed with a homemade creamy avocado dip, smoked salmon and juicy capers. Soft yet crispy on the outside, the perfect salty start.

Adding a Mexican twist, using beer and Tabasco to an old Swiss recipe gave this baby just the kick it needed. We dipped broiled broccoli into it. Superb.

One of my favorite salads, known in Lebanon as the “Exotic” salad, a bed of iceberg lettuce topped with hearts of palm, asparagus, avocadoes, artichokes and sweet corn. The Dressing: a honey garlic vinaigrette, the contrast between the garlic and honey keeps you coming back for more.

A lovely mix of green mescluns accessorized with cured-Parma Ham. The Dressing: Balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, oil and brown sugar, giving it the perfect Zing it needed.

One of my favorites, diced beetroots and potatoes in a creamy sour cream, mustard and vinegar dressing cupped in a leaf of red cabbage.

More Beets! Beetroot cake! Layers of cold chèvre and beetroot topped with plain gelatin to keep this production intact.

Drumroll Please: Feast your eyes on one of the most succulent turkeys ever made. Injected for hours with wine and its own induced juices, and hoarded with mushrooms and all sorts of veggies, I couldn’t but have an extra serving of this moist and tender baby!

That’s…that’s…just…beautiful! *droooooools*
