What a long weekend it’s been! I’ve somehow managed to find myself a….( drumroll please) boyfriend ( gasp). I’ve been on around seven dates with this guy in one week and things don’t seem like they may be slowing down. It’s that Timmy guy. He already introduced me as his girlfriend ( not so sure I like that) and well he makes me laugh. I like him. But he likes me more. I can tell. Started off the weekend with some Tea and Turkish Coffee at this cozy cafe called Malilou's in Kaslik. Charming country-style mood except for the rude owner that barged into the place and made everyone feel unwelcomed with her attitude.Too bad
The weather was so fab we drove to Jbeil. Timmy took me to this lovely family-run place called La Pirogue,down by the port.

Thier superior Tawouk platter, not your everyday tawouk. Marinated thier own special way, the chicken is so tender it falls apart in your mouth.
We stopped at Krispy Kreme on our way back. I usually go for the original glazed but I discovered a new doughnut that may be the end of me. It's called the Hazelnut dream cake or something and it has..NUTELLA inside!! I think I scared Timmy by how fast I ate it.
