2 incidents which come to mind but the list is long believe me…
Being followed while driving. Or having a man drive up to your window during traffic, making faces, hand gestures or saying something like “fee majel nit3araf?” I don’t want to generalize but I get a feeling not many of us like to be picked up like that, so “ Yeh?akid MA FEE Majel.” My friend has a “Baby on Board” sticker on her car, and it never stopped anyone from harassing her.
Walking down the street– what an ordeal it’s become! I was making my way back to my car from the hairdresser yesterday, and I almost doubted myself thinking maybe I had a huge mark on my forehead, or forgot to put on some clothes because it was a zoo, I tell you. Men yelling profanities from their cars, the guy lurking on the sidewalk store, the valet guy, the Sukleen man, everyone had an opinion.
One man decided to actually follow me, ten meters behind. I’d walk, turn and look. He’d continue staring and stop too. I’d walk again, he’d follow. So I sprinted. He ran too!! I then pulled the biggest Lebanese drama you can imagine on him. People got curious and wanted to know what the heck did this guy do to me. A crowd formed within seconds. I let the world know he was following me.
He was terrified and it serves him right. He acted oblivious to what I was saying like I was a psycho
Chicken Shit ran as fast as he appeared.
And there you have it ladies, we must fight this rising trend. Bisoux

Many times I was followed by cars driven by some guy, but Once I was followed by a guy while i was peacefully driving (i call him the Infiniti jagal). I didnt give him attention, but as I got stuck in traffic, he went down from his car and tapped on my car window and he gave me his mobile #. :S:S
Moreover, some guys take the harrassment one step further and this has happened to me around three /four times so far . These guys would call me on my mobile and they would tell me my whole history: name, place of living, car type, and number, mother and father’s name, shoe size hehehehe. What an invasion to my personal life!! I would ask them how did they get my tel#, and they all said the same thing: they saw me driving, they liked me, they searched me up using my car’s plate NUMBER!!!! any ideas how this goes? has anyone had these incidences also?
PS: im a Lebanese girl, driving on Lebanese roads, harrased by Lebanese men!

Sorry about you ordeal, but this is a happening everywhere, i witnessed this kind of harassment in the good old united States and not that I am justifying this sickness but it is happening in the most so called”civilized” societies , and that kind of behavior should be stopped and confronted it..

hehe, dear Xena, don’t worry you’re not the only one. once i had a guy, a perv i’d say, calling me on my mobile almost everyday, but from a phone-booth, that’s why i couldn’t use any help trying to find out who the hell this asshole is. then he started calling every week, and just when 1o days go by, and i think to myself, pfff.. the goddamn perv is off the track, he’s call again !! first he’s say nothing, then starts “perverting” around with his suppose to be “sexy” harassment !! sometimes, i just guessed that it was him (the # were a bit similar) and didn’t answer, but the last few times, i just happened to be standing with my friends (guys) and let them answer. the shit never called again it’s been 2-3 months 😀 (oh God, i hope he’s not preparing me some new action :p )
