We went out to Element on Sat night and as usual it was packed. I must admit we were looking extra hot, maybe a little too hot with our tight dresses and big Lebanese-y hair, because yes guys were checking us out but none were approaching us. ( hence, Tip #2 )
Whenever one of us would stray from the pack, we would get some comments from guys as we passed by. I don’t want to be hit on while on my way to the washroom. Why whisper? Why not approach me and tell me to my face, just how good looking you think I am?
But at this rate we came to the conclusion that no progress will be made any time soon, so us girls must take matters into our own hands. Apparently I’m not the only one that feels this way, my friend sent me a pic she took this morning of a new billboard for Exotica, funny enough it has a pic of a girl and it says…Make a Move! My heart goes out to every family who may have a loved one involved in the dreadful crash that happened this morning, 4 minutes after Ethiopian Airlines Flight 409 bound to Addis Ababa plunged into the Mediterranean Sea. The mood in Beirut is a gloomy one but hopes of finding survivors are not abandoned. I already know two people who know someone that was on that flight and are waiting to hear news on the fate of the passengers. Stay Strong Lebanon.

I don’t know why it took me this long to discover True Blood, I mean I’ve heard about it here and there but never got around to actually watching it and boy was I in for a surprise. Imagine we live in a time were vampires were integrated into society, so integrated that they have formed lobby groups to fight for equal rights. I’m only on episode 3 and am already considering not going out tonight and having a marathon. Only considering It tells the story of this barmaid in some small town that can read people’s thoughts and is refreshed to see that she can’t read the thoughts of this one eery yet handsome vampire that comes into town. The chemistry between those too is sizzling hot!! Bisoux
